General

Shipping is limited to USA. For safety reasons, order pick up at our facility is NOT allowed.

Product is subject to stock availability. We make every attempt to maintain accurate stock counts on this website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products of your order and process a refund for any item(s) that was not in stock.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. Orders totaling $150 before taxes are eligible for free shipping inside the US.

Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after receipt of order and are then shipped via UPS to the address provided. Including processing and shipping, orders will typically be received within 4-7 business days after receipt of order. Boulder Gear processes orders Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm CST. Orders placed after 3pm CST will be processed the following business day.

If delivery time has exceeded 7 business days, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Upon shipment, customers will receive tracking details from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be applied.
